When your body is asleep your cells and skin enter a great phase of cell regeneration. Thus, having a face massage at night can really optimise the skin results and benefits.
Repetition and consistency are the key to see visible results. We recommend at least 2 to 3 minutes a day to feel the sensation of the massage techniques. Nevertheless, 1 minute is better than nothing.

This tapping technique is performed with fingertips using your both hands. The gesture must be tonic but gentle onto the skin. It is like randomly playing the piano on your whole face and neck. You can also vary the rhythm and pressure with simultaneous tapping.
This technique is performed with your both flat hands, clenched fingers, like a cup shape form. Apply a homogeneous and step by step medium pressure, hold on 2 sec and release. 3-2-1 pressure 1-2-3 release Cover the cheeks with the whole hands and fingertips on the T-Zone
This technique is performed with 2 fingers (middle finger, and ring finger).
First, make light strokes from inside to outside, on cheekbones, nostrils, and the cheeks. 3 times each Finish with a draining technique by lightly and slowly gliding down from the earlobes and jawline until your clavicles where are your lymph nodes still using your fingertips, once. Then repeat the whole sequence but this time imitating a rocking movement with your fingertips and glide from inside to outside the face.
This technique is performed with 2 to 3 fingers according to the zone ( middle finger, and ring finger). Randomly pinch your whole face insisting on the cheekbones, cheek, nasal labial fold. Cool down the skin by applying light and firm cupping movement with your hands.
This technique is performed with 2 to 3 fingers according to the zone ( middle finger, and ring finger) The objective is to target the lines that we may have on our face Mainly visible and located around the mouth and eye orbicular but also forehead and nasal labial fold The movement consist in walking with your fingertips during 3 seconds on the same area and stretch with both hands in opposite directions Each movement must be repeated 3 times
This technique is performed with both hands and closed fist using your phalanges. There are 3 lines to focus on: double chin — jawline and cheekbone. This movement is deep and slow. The objective is to sculpt and redefine the face contour by gliding your closed fists from inside to outside. 3 movements on each line. When finish you can repeat the whole sequence 3 times total. Cool down the skin by applying light and firm cupping movement with your hands.
This technique is performed with both flat hands doing deep, simultaneous, and slow smoothing movement on the cheeks, forehead, and neck. 3 times each.
Using your index and middle finger, continue with alternate fast and light flicking movements on both side of the cheeks then right and left side Then on the forehead.
Cool down the skin by applying light and firm cupping movement with your hands.
