I loved this but not after 2 faulty pots
I purchased this product that I have used for two or more years through a good company called 'Look Fantastic' not directly from Decleor. I wrote to Decleor asking what could be faulty with it as it had what felt like 'sand' in it. I received no reply having been a member of Decleor. It felt like you are happy selling or supplying but not responding to problems or queries. I am now hesitant to buy more. Thanks very much for any response re the product.
