These oils are not only beneficial to the skin, they also stimulate the olfactory senses and affect the way we respond to stress.

1. Subject to these terms, your personal data are held by DECLÉOR and are kept confidential on our secure database. We will use your personal data to send you newsletters and other information pertaining to our products and services which we consider suitable for you; to alert you to product upgrades, special offers or updated information; to enable us to provide services and products relevant to you; for administration and marketing purposes and for profiling your requests and preferences.

2. We take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data are kept secure and are kept for only so long as is necessary for the purpose for which they are used.

3. In the event that you register your details with DECLÉOR, we will store your personal data for so long as you are a registered user. If you wish to cease to be a registered user you should contact the Administrator at: website@decleor.co.uk. Such requests will be acted upon within seven days of receipt by the Administrator. At this time we will delete all of your personal data from our records, apart from any data that we are required to keep for legal reasons.

4. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 4 of the Terms, if you have provided us with data about another person, you confirm that they consent to the processing of their personal data and that you have informed them of our identity and the purposes (as set out herein or elsewhere) for which their personal data will be processed.

5. You can amend the personal data that is held about you at any time by emailing us at website@decleor.co.uk.

6. For quality control and training purposes, we may monitor or record your communications with us.

7. We may from time to time share your personal information with organisations who are our partners who may contact you to let you know about any goods, services or promotions that they consider may be of interest to you.
