How do I register for an online account?
In order to purchase on this site, you need to create an account with us. Simply click on the Create Account link at the top right hand corner of the site. You will then be taken to a registration page where you can fill in your details and then complete the process by clicking on the “register” button.

When you first register with us, you will need to provide a password. Please ensure that you keep your password and your account details confidential.
How should I proceed if I have forgotten my password?
Click on the log in link at the top right hand corner of the screen and then on the “Forgotten your password” link. You will be asked to enter your email address. We will then send an email to your registered address with a link to your account page. On your account page, click on the “Update Your Details” link and change your password.
Can I amend my account details?
If your contact details change, you can update your account information at any time. Simply log in and once you are on your account page click on the “Update Your Details” link.
How do I subscribe to receive updates from DECLÉOR?
When you create an account with us, you will be asked whether you want to subscribe to the DECLÉOR e-mail Newsletter. Simply opt-in to receive regular news and offers from DECLÉOR.
How do I unsubscribe from the e-mail Newsletter?
When you register with us, you will have the option to subscribe to the DECLÉOR e-mail Newsletter. If you have subscribed in the past but do not wish to receive emails from DECLÉOR anymore, you can unsubscribe by:
- Clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email you receive from us
- Changing your preferences in your account page of the website
