Morning Application Techniques of The AROMESSENCE™ SCULPT

  1. Warm your AROMESSENCE™ in the palms of your hands.
  2. Breathe in and savour its Essential Oils.
  3. Apply the AROMESSENCE™ to each leg, with firm strokes from the ankles up to the buttocks.
  4. Slowly massage the abdomen with clockwise movements.
  5. Finish with a smoothing movement over each arm, from the shoulders down to the hands.

Sitting down, stimulate the following points by applying gentle pressure; begin with the left leg, then proceed to the right leg:

  1. Below the foot, in the middle.
  2. On the ankle, where a fold forms when the foot is flexed.
  3. Behind the knee, in the middle of the flexion fold.
  4. On the solar plexus.
  5. In the middle of the palms of your hands.
