- Warm your AROMESSENCE™ in the palms of your hands.
- Breathe in and savour its Essential Oils.
- Apply the AROMESSENCE™ to each leg, with firm strokes from the ankles up to the buttocks.
- Slowly massage the abdomen with clockwise movements.
- Finish with a smoothing movement over each arm, from the shoulders down to the hands.
Sitting down, stimulate the following points by applying gentle pressure; begin with the left leg, then proceed to the right leg:
