Evening Application Techniques of The AROMESSENCE™ SCULPT

  1. Warm a small amount of balm in the palms of your hands.
  2. Breathe in and savour its Essential Oils.
  3. Massage the back of the leg, working downwards, then work back up along the front of the legs.
  4. Massage the buttocks with circular movements. Then relieve tensions in the lower back with alternating, horizontal sweeping strokes.
  5. Slowly massage the abdomen, then the solar plexus, with clockwise movements.
  6. Work up towards the nape of the neck and massage with both hands and small, downward circular movements.
  7. Finish with a smoothing enveloping movement with both hand, going from the shoulders down the fingertips.
