Evening Application Techniques of The AROMESSENCE™ SCULPT
- Warm a small amount of balm in the palms of your hands.
- Breathe in and savour its Essential Oils.
- Massage the back of the leg, working downwards, then work back up along the front of the legs.
- Massage the buttocks with circular movements. Then relieve tensions in the lower back with alternating, horizontal sweeping strokes.
- Slowly massage the abdomen, then the solar plexus, with clockwise movements.
- Work up towards the nape of the neck and massage with both hands and small, downward circular movements.
- Finish with a smoothing enveloping movement with both hand, going from the shoulders down the fingertips.
