Position: Regional Development Manager – Salon Division

Emma joined the business 15 years ago as a Trainer and Promoter for 3 years and then she progressed to Area Manager of the Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Berkshire areas.

About 6 years ago she changed areas and now covers Wiltshire, South Wales, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, the Channel Islands and West London.

Emma loves the variety of her work, the fact that no two days are the same which she feels makes it more motivating; sometimes her days are spent with salon owners helping them resolve issues in their salons, some days she spends training Beauty Therapists.

Emma’s key role is to sell in new items but she believes it is very important to create a great rapport with her clients and always presents the products visually and keeps clients up to date with the newest and latest information.

Emma started her career as a Beauty Therapist having gained her beauty qualifications, working first at Ragdale Hall and then Springs Health Hydro in Leicester. DECLÉOR was the first skincare brand Emma used at college, she likes the natural oils, the aromatherapy smells and the fact that results from using the products are seen so quickly. Emma loves the iconic products such as the AROMESSENCE™ NÉROLI and she loves the loyalty that DECLÉOR have shown to Emma personally and therefore this, in return has made her feel very loyal to the company.

Emma has remained with the business so long because she is a Beauty Therapist and she really couldn’t imagine working for another beauty brand because she genuinely believes in all the products.

Emma believes that the company has a professional family feel to it.
