Emma Bryant

Position: Training Manager for DECLÉOR and CARITA

Having gained her beauty qualifications and worked in various salons and retail departments Emma joined the business in May 2000 on the Promotions team and worked on promotional events for spas and salons with DECLÉOR products.

After 9 months Emma transferred to the Training department as a full time Trainer for DECLÉOR. Over the next 4 years Emma progressed, culminating in her appointment to the role of Training Manager for DECLÉOR and CARITA brands.

More recently Emma has taken on additional responsibility as the spokesperson for CARITA which involves liaising with the press, PR events, launches of new products and interviews with the press.

Emma finds the role quite varied and she is always doing something different, training, talking to the press, helping to develop training programmes, managing the academy and also being the first line of contact to the Trainers for DECLÉOR and CARITA.

Emma really enjoys the team spirit which she describes as great. She loves the products and the variety of the role.

Emma still spends much of her time training the therapists, which is a part of her role that she loves, as she finds it incredibly rewarding.

Emma loves both the DECLÉOR and CARITA brands, DECLÉOR because of its aromatherapy and relaxing philosophy and CARITA because it is more scientific and electrical. She loves the fact that her knowledge is constantly tested and that she gets to work with such diverse brands.
