Emilie Charron
Position: Intern Marketing Department DECLÉOR
Emilie joined DECLÉOR in June 2009 as an Intern having completed a Masters degree in France in International Marketing and Management.
Emilie decided to apply at DECLÉOR as she wanted marketing experience and has always been interested in the beauty industry. This is the area of research that she undertook for her thesis whilst at university.
Emilie was very interested to work for DECLÉOR as it is a French brand but she was interested in understanding the company from a UK perspective.
Since joining in June Emilie has worked on a lot of competitor analysis and has worked on the product launch of Aroma Night, a new exciting product range for DECLÉOR.
Emilie believes that she has gained a good knowledge of the UK market as well as getting involved in the development of the DECLÉOR website, PR activities and the development of leaflets and brochures.
Emilie is very new to the business but says that it has a nice family and friendly feel, but with a professional focus, with lots to be done too.
Emilie has the impression that DECLÉOR has a modern approach with a vibrant energy. She likes the fact that DECLÉOR is quite exclusive and loves the aromatherapy concept.
Emilie believes in natural research and natural treatments so therefore the DECLÉOR philosophy of well being suits her.
