Position: Full Time Beauty Therapist, John Lewis London

I studied beauty therapy and holistic therapy at NVQ level 3 at west Suffolk College.

Before joining DECLÉOR in John Lewis Oxford Street, I worked at a private salon using DECLÉOR products. I also worked as a Beauty Therapist at Centre Parcs for 7 months where I familiarised myself further with the DECLÉOR products.

I joined John Lewis Oxford Street in February 2010 and my role involves being professional at all times, retailing to the customer and very importantly listening to them.

I appreciate the way the employees are treated (e.g. training opportunities) and made to feel motivated when carrying out our job roles. I enjoy my working location in central London Oxford Street as I have the opportunity to engage with new customers.

I really enjoy the retail side of the job such as carrying out treatments on customers as I get to interact with the customer more on a personal level.

Having worked with DECLÉOR for a number of years my most favourite products are PHYTOPEEL, and AROMESSENCE™ NEROLI OIL.
